All bookings made through the Karjo platform are processed and confirmed digitally.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an instant confirmation message or email containing your booking details, including date, time slot, car wash center name, and service summary.
Your booking details will also be available within your Karjo account dashboard for future reference.
As we deal exclusively in digital and on-site services, there is no physical shipping or product dispatch involved.
The “delivery” of your order refers to the completion of your booked car wash service at the scheduled date and time by the respective partner car wash center.
If you wish to reschedule your service, you can do so from your account before the scheduled time slot, subject to availability.
In case of any delay or unavailability from the car wash center, Karjo or the respective center will notify you promptly via the app, SMS, or email.
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (link to that page).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the stated timelines once approved.
